Validity: Maximum rates per day, per room, Bed & Breakfast treatment, VAT included.

FREE UPGRADE: to those who book directly (phone, email) or through our website, we will assign, if available, a higher level room! Otherwise you can benefit from other complimentary services (e.g. parking).

Half Board: Calculate supplement of € 25.00 per day per person (drinks not included) only from April to September: served at the beach restaurant (dates to be checked at the time of booking)

Full Board: Calculate supplement of € 50.00 per day per person (drinks not included) only from 15/6 to 15/9: served at the beach restaurant (dates to be checked at the time of booking)

Deposits: The booking is finalized upon payment of 30% of the entire stay; in case of early departure no refund will be made.

Cancellations: 100% deposit refund within 30 days of arrival; Within 20 days of arrival, 50% deposit refund; Within 10 days of arrival, 25% deposit refund.

Reductions: Children up to 3 years old in double room with 2 adults, without bed or cot, 100%; Children from 3 to 7 years old in double with 2 adults, 50%; Children from 7 to 12 years old in double with 2 adults, 30%; Adults in a double room with 2 adults, 20%.

Surcharges: Double room for single use, € 10.00; Daily change of linen € 10.00 per day; Extraordinary cleaning for smoking in the room € 20.00; Cot per day, € 10.00; Small pets, final cleaning, € 10.00.
